Peter became enamored with the Napa Valley wine country while assisting his Uncle Jon at Burgess Cellars as a young teen. From there he developed an enduring passion for wine and the local wine industry. He brings over 30 years of luxury hospitality experience to provide his guests with the ultimate in personalized wine adventures.
His extensive hospitality career began with the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, followed by The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, both 5-star properties. Throughout the years, he refined his world-class approach to hospitality and received numerous industry accolades and service awards. Currently he enjoys rave reviews as a Concierge at a luxury resort in the Napa Valley. Continually urged on by hotel guests, wine industry insiders & other established Napa Valley contacts he decided to merge his love of hospitality, wine and driving to create Virtues of the Vine. He has a genuine passion for creating customized experiences in and around the Napa Valley.
